Hourly Shop Labor Rates
Half-hour minimum charge on all repairs at the respective labor rate. Tractor & Heavy Equipment service pricing varies by type of equipment.

Pickup & Delivery
Can't get your equipment to us? We offer pickup and delivery throughout the Berkshires and surrounding areas. Fees vary by distance — call us at (413) 664-7111 for a quote and to schedule.
Storage, Diagnostic & Abandonment Policy
- Machines left more than 15 days from notification of completion are charged a $5 per day storage fee.
- Machines left more than 30 days after repair completion and customer notification — or found not worth repairing — are considered abandoned and become the property of Southside Sales & Service.
- If you decline repair, or the equipment is not worth repairing, a diagnostic fee of one half-hour labor applies.
- If we picked up your equipment and you decline repair (or it's not worth repairing): to have it returned, you'll be charged the full pickup/delivery fee plus the diagnostic fee. To have us dispose of it at no additional disposal charge, you'll be charged half the pickup/delivery fee plus the diagnostic fee.
- Storage fees are enforced on all equipment left 15 days after completion of repairs or notification that the equipment is not worth repairing.
